We are honored and privileged to be able to do this work on lands that have been cared for by many indigenous communities of the past, present, and future. We encourage you to learn more about those people whose lands you occupy, to learn about their environmental priorities, and to do your best to support policies that integrate those conservation principles.

National Water Dance 2024 Shared Movement Phrases

Opening Shared Movement Phrase

Colorado Mesa University, Grand Junction, CO

Closing Shared Movement Phrase

Burning Bones Physical Theatre, Atlanta, GA

For the first time, we are offering the Extended Movement Phrase in the original form in which the videos were submitted. These phrases are offered for your use as you wish. We were inspired by the dancers and their locations and wanted to celebrate each in their unique form. The clips have been minimally edited to create transitions. These are your dancing partners. Enjoy connecting…
