In 2015, Luther College Dance and Biology departments produced “Body of Water”, a devised dance performance focusing on water quality issues on our 22,000 acre watershed of Decorah, Iowa. Today, our departments are collaborating on a devised dance and field experiment, “Soul of Soil” to premiere May 2024. “Soul of Soil” elevates regenerative soil practices and soil as the life source, the world’s largest water purifier, and agent for climate reform.
