Nature is the grand majesty of all life – she IS life. Mother of all. She is perfect in her rhythms, resplendent in her forms, divine in her melody. Even in her space of death there is a place for life. I have two magical moments where I can recall the deepest sense of this reality. One while floating in the sea at Manuel Antonio Park , Costa Rica. In a saline sanctuary I was held, I was buoyant. I was loved. I was LOVE. The other, I was snugly adrift in the moss of the Old growth in Temagami, Canada. In these moments I realized nature lives in me and therefore I am her as much as she is me. My nourishment. My replenishment. My pleasure. My spirituality. My connection to all. Oneness embodied. To bring that presence forward and live to bear witness to the birth of a butterfly. The passing of a bumble bee. The capture and escape of a patient spider. The tree awakening songs of birds. The clouds that call for rain. The rings of Saturn, the moons of Jupiter and the magnetic force of her lively aura. The tides that pound and the rivers that flow. The food that grows nurtured in the perfect formula of Earth’s womb! The soaring of hawks and the serenity of a crane. The magic of the frog’s evolution. The moan of the wolf. The…. To accept that her creation and destruction are her gifts. It is when humanity rumbas, sambas and waltzes with Nature that we truly flourish. #loveyourmother #pollutiaproud
